Bauer Drain Relocation and Sycamore Creek MITIGATION

The purpose of the Bauer Drain Relocation project is to relocate from a petroleum storage facility the open channel County Drain, considered a stream tributary to the Red Cedar River. The project is designed to protect the waters of the state from known and potential contamination and to assure the continued operation of the drainage service by the County Drain without risk for interruption due to the adjacent industrial uses.
